Five things people call “the class photo”
They are genuinely different products, and the names do not make that obvious, so here they are drawn side by side. Each one is described again in your gallery at the point you choose it.
Group photo print

Not every product is offered on every job — what appears in your gallery depends on what the school or club booked.

The file is yours
Every pack includes a genuine print-quality digital, forever. No archive fee to get it back next year, and no lower-resolution version on the cheaper tiers.
A turnaround in writing
Galleries in 2, 5 or 10 business days depending on the size of the job, counted from the last day of shooting. Prints within ten business days of ordering closing. Not "a few weeks" — a date you can hold us to.
Blue Card, insured, consented
Every photographer holds a current Blue Card. We carry public liability. Photo permission is asked as a question, and a separate one before any image is ever shown publicly.
No fees at the edges
No late fee. No search fee. No re-order fee. Galleries stay open twelve months and prices are GST-inclusive, so the number you see is the number you pay.
Order early, pay less
Where a job runs an early-bird, the discount starts the day you first open your gallery — not the day it was published. Open it late and you still get the full window, because a discount that expired before you knew about it is just a late fee wearing a hat.

Counted from the last day of shooting, and measured to the moment you and your families are told the gallery is live — not to when it quietly appeared.

Prints follow within ten business days of ordering closing. For comparison, the fastest turnaround published by anyone else in this market is fifteen working days, and the largest operators quote four to eight weeks.
